Ep.14 I don’t know who I am anymore! How to tackle new life stages!
We often feel lost and confused about who we are. We live with a certain identity for a long time, then realize that it doesn’t quite fit anymore, and we don’t know what to make of it. I know that I have definitely been there many times and that everyone struggles with that at some point in their lives! Especially as we move into the later stages of our lives. In this episode, I will talk about why it’s a natural and pretty cool part of life and why you shouldn’t fear it but rather embrace it!
